We are not publishing ratings before the methodology is reviewed by the advisory council. Every rating we publish is one we stand behind under the principles described on the methodology page.

Claiming in advance does not influence your rating; it provides you operator-facing intelligence and the option to contribute data that narrows your rating's uncertainty band when ratings publish.
